Terms and conditions

Warranty

We understand that customer satisfaction is crucial for our business's success. If you ever experience anything less than outstanding service, we encourage you to let us know. Likewise we will contact you in case we notice any critical issue with impressions, registrations, components and any other relevant goods provided by the client, to ensure the best possible result for you and your patients. Our goal is to work together to deliver your patients high-quality and functional restorations.
 

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our acrylic work, excluding relines and repairs. This warranty covers any adjustments, repairs, or replacements needed due to faulty materials or workmanship. However, if we advise the client to perform additional protective procedures on the appliance, and they choose not to, the above-mentioned warranty won't apply. Similarly the warranty can not be applied if:
 

The failure is caused by a trauma, an accident, or by any other damage caused by the patient or a third party,
 

The Product(s) have been modified,grinded, deburred or otherwise retouched after it was dispatched from High-Tech Dental Prosthetics premises,
 

If the invoice for the work is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to void any related warranties.
We reserve the right to make our own evaluation case by case and decide if the warranty can be applicable.

 

For cases cancelled by the clients during our production we will apply a cost equal to the workmanship carried out till that stage and any other cost related to materials and components.

Prescriptions

A comprehensive written prescription is essential and must be included with each case to ensure the optimal outcome and results. In the event of any issues or missing details in the prescription, we retain the right to temporarily halt the case and reach out to you for the correct information before resuming the job.

Implants

Implant components are not included neither in the price list nor in any of the prosthetic packages and have to be provided by the clinician/Dentist or someone else part of their team.
 

For any implant case commissioned the implant components must be provided and included along with dental impressions and any other part, registration and good relevant to the case.
 

All implant cases sent to the lab without complete set of implant components will be held until implant components will be received.
 

Fail to provide implant components along with the case will result in manufacturing process delay.
 

Implant full arch bars for definitive cases will be managed, designed and provided by us as part of our Full Arch Definitive Restoration Package.

Try-ins

Our teeth try-in policy is straightforward: We offer an initial teeth set-up try-in and a second one if adjustments are required based on the clinician's provided registrations, photos, and any other informations. If additional modifications to the teeth set-ups are necessary, we may apply extra cost to the final price.

Payments

Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice.
 

The invoice will be provided alongside with the related finalised case upon delivery.
 

We reserve the right to change any aspect of the price list at any time without prior notice. Costs may change also if client requests are considered diverging from our working protocols, workflow and if they vary from recognised international standard protocols. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the price list before placing an order with us.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time is 5 working days for all the intermediate steps, try-ins and provisional cases.
 

A longer turnaround time may apply for some of the definitive cases.

Delivery

We offer pick-up and drop-off service, when expressly requested, and the costs related will be charged on the job invoice to the client.
